Valentines Gift.

This is an order I got for a Valentines gift. It has had a really great response on my Facebook page. People really seem to like the personal touch of the engraving.

Media Gift

During the holidays I was asked to do an order of 100 Africa charm bracelets for a media gift off my Facebook page. I knew it would be a lot of work but definitely worth it. I learnt so much by doing this order like how to create an invoice, couriers and how to keep track of my expenses, which I have never had to do very accurately before. It was also an interesting experience to work "mass" production and trying to figure out how to do everything in the quickest time but not compromising on quality.

First Day of Tech 2014

So excited to get started at Tech.
Hopefully this is going to be a very productive year.
Aims for this year...

1. Get my online shops updated.
2. Come up with more professional methods of dealing with orders eg: communication with the client, invoices and couriering
3. Design A LOT more jewellery.
4. Get a new look for the DUT Jewellery stand.

So these are the aims i'm starting with, but i'm sure the list will become a lot longer as the year progresses.

Reached 600 likes with more orders coming in everyday.
So excited for the future.

Facebook Competition Disaster.

So today I  received an email from Facebook saying that the competition I am running is against their policies. They deleted it off my page and said that I can no longer run competitions. So upset because I get a lot of my orders through Facebook and now I'm not going to have as many people coming to look at my page. 

Facebook Orders

At the moment my orders are going mad because I told everyone that I will be opening on 13th of January and now everyone is trying to get there orders in before so they make sure they get them.

I THINK I have over 25 new orders for the new year already. 

I need to work out a system to keep track of all the orders because right now they are all just on my Facebook page with no system.
